金吾财讯 | 华泰证券研报指，国家广播电视总局于8月18日印发实施《进一步丰富电视大屏内容 促进广电视听内容供给的若干举措》，强调通过加强内容创新、改进电视剧集数和季播剧播出间隔时长管理、改进电视剧内容审查等多项举措，增强电视大屏内容对观众的吸引力。该机构认为，随着政策落地，电视大屏优质内容供给将得到提升，内容创新能力增强，有望拉动收视活跃度与影视产业商业化水平。此次《举措》提出实施“内容焕新计划”，加强电视内容创新。根据广电智库统计，2016-2022年我国电视剧备案数目逐年连续下降，直至2023年有所回升，2024年延续升势。该机构认为此举有望丰富优质电视剧目供给，进一步提升市场创作活力。广电此次《举措》有望加强内容创新，政策积极反映监管机构进一步加大对影视板块的支持力度、延续今年政策脉络。今年以来政府大力鼓励影视文化发展，包括但不限于适量引进境外电影、开启中国电影消费年活动、引导头部微短剧创作等，有望提振传媒板块中位置较低的影视板块信心。该机构建议关注流媒体平台及影视剧制作平台相关公司、IP及电视剧龙头。
