智通财经APP获悉，映宇宙(03700)涨超7%，截至发稿，涨7.14%，报1.5港元，成交额915.68万港元。
消息面上，映宇宙发盈喜，集团预期于截至2025年6月30日止6个月取得净利润不低于人民币2.6亿元，与去年同期相比涨幅超过90.0%。上述业绩增长的主要原因是由于报告期内集团按公平值计入损益的金融工具公允价值变动所致。
此外，映宇宙公布，透过若干可变权益实体架构间接控制的北京蜜莱坞与Skywork AI订立A系列优先股购买协议，北京蜜莱坞以1亿元人民币总代价购买Skywork AI约995万股A系列优先股，占Skywork AI扩大后股本约0.67%。Skywork AI为Kunlun Group Limited的附属公司，主要从事通用人工智能及人工智能生成内容业务的投资。Skywork AI已面向全球消费者推出多款人工智能原生产品，如人工智能搜索、短剧、游戏、音乐及社交平台等。董事会认为，借助Skywork AI在全球化及人工智能产品商业化方面的丰富经验，本次交易将加强与Skywork AI在人工智能大模型技术领域的合作，并对集团战略的实施具有重要意义。
