金吾财讯 | 油气股盘初走强，截至发稿，达力普控股(01921)涨5%，安东油田服务(03337)涨1.99%，中海油田服务(02883)涨1.26%，中石化油服(01033)涨1.25%，华商能源(00206)涨1.21%，中石化炼化工程(02386)涨1.01%。消息面上，中信证券表示，石化化工行业当前存在较多的落后产能，也是“反内卷”整治的行业之一。结合当前地炼产能利用率低，政策要求淘汰200万吨/年以下的产能装置，该机构认为当前地炼行业存在部分出清的可能。该机构认为“反内卷”要求下，地炼落后和利用率低的产能存在进一步出清的可能性，持续关注政策要求及地方政府执行情况。该机构指，当前石化行业处于成本底部、盈利底部、库存低位、或有“反内卷”政策催化、需求有望改善的阶段，强烈推荐民营大炼化行业的重点公司。此外，据外媒引述知情人士称，中国政府据报计划对石油化工行业进行全面调整，淘汰小规模设施，对老旧设施进行升级改造，投资转向新特材料领域。遏制行业内低附加值领域的长期产能过剩的措施可能在下个月内出台。具体方案正在等待工信部的最终批复。
