betr Entertainment (ACN 647 124 641) sent a notice extending the offer period under its off-market takeover offer to acquire all of the shares in PointsBet Holdings (ASX:PBH) to Sept. 25 from Sept. 22, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The extension notice was also lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
betr's shares fell 5% in recent trading on Friday.
