ChainCatcher 消息，据行情数据显示，美股 BNB 财库公司 Windtree Therapeutics（WINT）于 2025 年收到纳斯达克通知，因其股价在 1 美元以下停留时间过长（规则 5550(a)(2)），经过多次反向拆分且不符合通常的宽限期，其普通股将于 8 月 21 日从纳斯达克资本市场退市并转至 OTC 市场交易。该消息导致其股价于今日凌晨开启下跌，最终收跌 77.21%，市值仅剩 315.2 万美元。
值得注意的是，WINT 股价近 1 年维持教科书般标准的“归零”走势。去年 8 月 22 日股价为 517.5 美元，至今累计下跌 99.98%。今年 2 月 21 日开盘价为 4.68 美元，至今累计下跌 97.8%。1 个月前公布 BNB 财库策略后，该股曾在多个交易日内交易量大幅升高（包括消息公布前的几个交易日），最终于 7 月 18 日触及 1.28 美元的近期高点，随后再次开启单边下跌走势，至今累计下跌 91.4%。
据悉，Windtree Therapeutics 是一家临床阶段生物制药和医疗设备公司，旗下多个医疗项目均处于临床阶段距离商业化尚远。根据最新数据，该公司最近一个季度的净收入为 -1064 万美元，相较前一季度的 -404 万美元，亏损扩大了 163.04%。该公司最初于 7 月 16 日宣布启动 BNB 财库战略，通过证券认购融资 6000 万美元。7 月 25 日再度宣布已签署 5.2 亿美元新融资协议以买入 BNB。
