LHN (SGX:41O, HKG:1730) will launch the Coliwoo Old Bukit Timah Fire Station in September, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down nearly 1% in Friday trading.
The revamped fire station will be anchored by Coliwoo's co-living residence which was built for young professionals and digital nomads.
