　　8月22日，在蔚来全新ES8媒体见面会上，蔚来汽车创始人李斌谈到，汽车行业是一个非常年轻的新兴行业。十年虽然也不短，但这就是汽车行业和其他行业不一样的地方。

　　他坦言，如果看每一家汽车公司的历史，在第十年的时候都还是比较稚嫩的。包括特斯拉在第十年时，也还是比较稚嫩的。所以，现在对于蔚来来说，还是在创业的开始阶段，也没有资格去懈怠。

　　李斌提到，目前中国的汽车公司基本都是创一代在做，包括比亚迪，包括吉利等，甚至很多国企的老板都还是创一代，都非常拼。“只不过大家拼的形式不一样，我们拼研发、拼基建，每家都有自己拼的东西，我们肯定是没有资格去懈怠的。”

　　谈及未来，他表示，接下来的路还特别长，汽车行业是一个没有终点的竞争，谁也不敢说自己真的就能够怎么样。“蔚来不会以一时的一款产品热销，就觉得怎样，也不会因为一时的困难，或者两款车没卖好，就觉得天塌下来的，都不会。这就是我觉得做汽车行业应该有的心态。”
