8月22日，国家市场监督管理总局局长罗文在国新办发布会上表示，“十四五”期间，加强对重点领域垄断风险的监测评估，强化平台经济常态化监管，为防范和制止网络市场无序竞争设置了红灯划出了底线。持续开展民生领域反垄断执法专项行动。查处医药领域垄断案件，推动药品价格恢复到合理水平。查处供水、燃气、建材、机动车检测等领域垄断案件，有效降低降低公众生活成本和经营主体生产负担。加强对平台经济自然垄断等重点领域的经营者集中审查，共审结案件3400件，查处违法实施经营者集中145件，有力维护公平竞争市场秩序。
