Kaili Resources (ASX:KLR) shares surged past 300% in Friday morning trade before the company entered a trading halt pending a disclosure, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The company's securities had been previously placed on a halt and were reinstated after the end of trading day on Aug. 20, following the release of a disclosure responding to ASX queries on the trading of its securities on Aug. 18.
