斑马原CFO炮轰老东家上市圈钱
近日，原斑马网络CFO夏莲在朋友圈发文点评阿里巴巴将把斑马分拆赴港上市。公开资料显示，2019年8月，阿里和上汽对斑马启动重组，张春晖出任斑马智行联席CEO。随后，成力、黄佑勇、徐强、夏莲等曾为AliOS立下汗马功劳的创始成员纷纷加入斑马，出任CMO、COO、CIO、CFO等核心管理角色。百科资料也显示，夏莲系斑马财务负责人。
与一般高管祝福老东家即将上市不同，夏莲在朋友圈的点评却是颇有不少“负面”情绪。夏莲吐槽的核心点：一是离开的原因是不看好公司发展。二是质疑斑马上市是圈钱，而自己离开是不想委曲求全，三是公开diss斑马的某些高管。更令人惊讶的是，夏莲表示自己离开时帮一些好朋友把斑马的估值降低了50%。
此前阿里巴巴集团宣布，拟分拆旗下智能座舱解决方案提供商斑马网络技术股份有限公司，并在香港联交所主板独立上市。斑马网络已向港交所提交上市申请，拟通过全球发售方式进行，包括香港公开发售及国际发售。
