消息面上，8月1日，英诺赛科正式回应与英伟达合作的相关传闻。公告称，公司已于近日与全球AI技术领导者NVIDIA(英伟达)达成合作，联合推动800VDC(800伏直流)电源架构在AI数据中心的规模化落地。8月18日，英诺赛科宣布其第三代(Gen3)700V 增强型氮化镓功率器件系列正式全面上市。英诺赛科拟于8月28日举行董事会会议考虑及批准中期业绩。
甬兴证券指出，由于AI服务器集群功耗大，降低功耗是产业共同追求。随着英诺赛科的GaN器件与英伟达的合作，我们认为新的功率器件有望持续导入供应链，带动相关产业链不断发展，如GaN和SiC等，看好相关投资机会。富瑞也表示，英诺赛科加入英伟达800V直流电源供应商名单，对氮化镓(GaN)和英诺赛科意义重大。
