Serial System's Associated Company Wins Court Proceedings in Taiwan

Serial System's (SGX:S69) associated company, Bull Will won proceedings in the Taiwan Shilin District Court, in connection with a civil suit filed by the Securities and Futures Investors Protection Centre of Taiwan (SFIPC).

Shares of Serial System were up over 2% in Thursday trading.

The case was dismissed by the high court and the plaintiff and appellant were ordered to bear all legal costs, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

However, SFIPC is expected to appeal the court's decision with the Supreme Court of Taiwan.
