Anhui Expressway to Inject 202 Million Yuan in JV for Expressway Project; Shares Rise 3%

Anhui Expressway Company (HKG:0995, SHA:600012) will contribute 202.0 million yuan toward the formation of a joint venture to build the S98 Quanjiao-Lukou Expressway Anhui section, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the firm gained nearly 3% in Thursday afternoon trade.

The total capital contribution for the joint venture will be up to 1.01 billion yuan, with Anhui Transportation Holding Group injecting 484.84 million yuan as the largest shareholder.

Other consortium members include Shui'an Construction, Kaiyuan Highway and Bridge, ATEGC, ATCEGC, and Xunjie Logistics.

The joint venture will have an initial registered capital of 100 million yuan.
