广生堂(300436.SZ)公告称，公司创新药控股子公司广生中霖与华欣创投及汇扬投资签署《投资意向书》，华欣创投、汇扬投资或其指定方以及其与广生中霖共同认可的跟投方拟按广生中霖本次投资的投前估值不低于25亿元，以不超过2亿人民币现金认购广生中霖新增注册资本。本次交易完成后，广生中霖仍为公司控股子公司。广生中霖作为公司的创新药研发平台，承担着高投入、长周期的创新药物开发任务。本次交易若能顺利实施，将有效增强其资本实力，及时补充运营所需资金，加速推进包括非酒精性脂肪性肝炎及肝纤维化治疗创新药GST-HG151在内的在研创新药的研发进程，助力核心创新药产品早日获批上市并实现商业化。
