智通财经APP讯，金科服务(09666)发布公告，有关由于执行针对金科地产集团股份有限公司(金科地产)的司法判决，金科地产实益拥有的3500万股本公司股份(股份)已于2023年12月26日转让予第三方的相关事宜。本公司注意到，金科地产持有的额外3268万股股份及2200万股股份(分别占本公司于本公告日期已发行股本总数约5.47%及3.68%)在重庆市第五中级人民法院的监督下由金科地产的管理人进行公开拍卖。向北京东方雨虹防水技术股份有限公司(东方雨虹)及重庆中讯金通投资(集团)有限公司转让该等股份已于 2025年6月25日完成。
本公司进一步注意到，根据东方雨虹于2025年8月12日作出的权益披露文件以及东方雨虹于2025年8月13日作出的规则22证券交易披露文件，于2025年8月13日，东方雨虹仅于2843.12万股股份中拥有权益，占本公司于本公告日期已发行股本总数约4.76%。
