六福集团（00590）发布公告，董事会于2025年8月21日召开股东周年大会及董事会会议，宣布重选主席及副主席、独立非执行董事的退任及委任，以及董事会委员会组成的变更。
黄伟常担任公司主席兼行政总裁，持有2.61亿股本公司股份，薪酬待遇维持不变。黄浩龙担任副主席，持有2.39亿股本公司股份，薪酬待遇同样维持不变。
公告中提到，独立非执行董事许竞威因个人事务不再寻求连任，自股东周年大会结束后退任。郭炬廷被委任为独立非执行董事及委员会成员，任期为两年。郭先生拥有37年国际银行管理经验，未持有本公司股份。
