智通财经APP讯，升柏控股(02340)发布截至2025年6月30日止6个月中期业绩，该集团取得收益6220万港元，同比增加30.9%;期内亏损2260万港元，同比增加115.2%;每股亏损4.1港仙。
尽管主要由于市场竞争加剧致收窄毛利水平而令毛利率较同期的16.6%轻微下降1.2个百分点至15.4%，但毛利却由同期约790万港元上升至报告期间约960万港元。影响业绩表现的主要因素是室内装饰及特殊项目业务(室内装饰及特殊项目业务)已完成项目的仲裁案件及法律诉讼所产生的庞大费用。仲裁案件及法律诉讼的聆讯于2025年进行，为此准备的工作及出庭应讯而产生庞大费用。另外，香港营商环境持续恶化及不明朗，加上若干大型发展商财政紧绌，导致信贷风险上升。故此，本集团于报告期间作出大额坏账及预期信贷亏损拨备以减轻所面临的上升风险。
