于报告期内，该集团源自物业管理服务的收入约7.456亿元，较2024年同期上升约21.2%，主要由于集团在管面积及在管项目数量的增长。 于报告期末，该集团在管项目面积约为4740万平方米，其中来自北京城建集团及其合营企业或联营公司项目的在管面积约为2250万平方米，来自第三方在管项目面积约为2490万平方米，较去年同期分别减少约0.9%及增长约19.8%，主要由于集团积极应对内外部市场环境变化，整合市场资源，理性拓展优质资产与核心标志项目。
溢利下降主要由于为获取市场份额，集团在物业管理项目的前期及质量维护投入加大;及受当前市场需求变化及行业周期性调整影响，箱式房租赁单价呈现显著下降趋势，根据国际会计准则理事会颁布的国际财务报告准则会计准则相关规定，集团就持有的该等箱式房设备确认减值亏损。
