加拿大石油生产商麦格能源（MEG Energy）周五表示，已同意被规模更大的同行森科能源（Cenovus Energy）以现金加股票的方式收购，交易价值 69.3 亿加元，此次收购将打造加拿大最大的油砂公司之一。

　　今年 5 月，加拿大油气生产商斯特拉斯科纳（Strathcona）曾表示，计划以 59.3 亿加元对麦格能源发起恶意收购要约。

　　麦格能源在 6 月曾敦促股东拒绝这一恶意收购要约，称该要约报价过低，不符合股东的最大利益。该公司董事会还启动了战略评估，以探索可能带来更优报价的其他方案。

　　此前，分析师及媒体报道曾提及森科能源，称其有可能成为麦格能源（另一家油砂生产商）的 “白衣骑士”（指在企业面临恶意收购时，出手相助的友好收购方）。

　　根据此次交易条款，麦格能源的每位股东将获得 27.25 加元现金，或 1.325 股森科能源的普通股。
