智通财经APP讯，联亚集团(00458)发布截至2025年6月30日止6个月的中期业绩，该集团取得收入16.76亿港元，同比减少12.98%;公司权益股东应占溢利167.5万港元，同比减少97.32%;每股盈利0.006港元。
公告称，权益股东应占溢利下降主要是由于市场环境充满挑战和竞争，加上环球贸易情况持续不明朗，令若干客户的需求减少，因而导致我们制衣业务的收入及溢利均有所下降。此外，本集团于2024年上半年因出售国内若干租赁土地使用权及附属建筑物而确认一笔2100万港元的一次性收益，但于2025年上半年并无录得该类收益。
