智通财经APP讯，佳兆业集团(01638)公布，预期该集团将于2025年上半年取得亏损净额及公司拥有人应占亏损净额不多于人民币110亿元，相比2024年同期则分别为亏损净额人民币90亿元及公司拥有人应占亏损净额人民币91亿元。亏损净额及公司拥有人应占亏损净额预期增加乃主要由于(i)物业交付减少导致已确认收益减少;及(ii)就物业项目作出减值拨备增加。
