Haitong Unitrust International Financial Leasing (HKG:1905) said Chairman and Executive Director Zhao Jianxiang resigned on Aug. 20 due to personal reasons, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
The board appointed Executive Director Zhou Jianli to act as chairman on an interim basis.
Shares of the financial leasing service provider gained over 2% in late Thursday afternoon trade.
