智通财经APP获悉，欢喜传媒(01003)此前连续重挫，7月28日至8月19日期间，股价累计跌幅超55%。该股今日反弹逾30%，截至发稿，涨28.69%，报0.305港元，成交额1177.47万港元。
消息面上，欢喜传媒参投的电影《酱园弄·悬案》正式定档8月22日于腾讯视频全网首播，该电影于今年6月21日上映。据猫眼专业版显示，《酱园弄·悬案》累计票房为3.75亿。且该片当前豆瓣评分仅5.7分。此外，公司另一部主控出品的电影《戏台》于7月25日正式上映，总票房目前3.97亿元。
值得注意的是，7月27日，欢喜传媒发布公告称，董平因个人事务安排，已辞任公司执董，自7月27日起生效，并于同日不再担任主席及公司所有附属公司的董事，惟继续出任集团的导演及艺术指导委员会主席，不时为集团影视制作提供指导意见。公司委任47岁、公司近期重磅影片《戏台》、《酱园弄•悬案》的出品人呼惠为执行董事，呼惠自2014年起担任集团全资附属公司北京欢喜首映文化的总经理，熟悉集团运作，并为多部电影出品人，其中包括《戏台》、《酱园弄•悬案》及《满江红》等。
