众淼控股拟收购北京科创融鑫科技55%股权 交易额1.65亿元
众淼控股（01471）发布公告，宣布于2025年8月22日与卖方签订协议，收购目标公司（指：北京科创融鑫科技股份有限公司）55%的股权，代价为1.65亿元，具体金额可根据协议条款进行调整。收购完成后，目标公司将成为公司的非全资附属公司，其业绩、资产及负债将纳入公司的财务报表。
此次收购事项构成上市规则下的主要交易，因适用百分比率超过25%但低于100%。公司已获得股东的书面批准，故不需召开股东大会。根据上市规则，公告后15个营业日内将寄发通函予股东，详细说明收购事项及相关交易。
