是次战略合作将充分发挥订约双方于技术能力方面的互补优势，重点合作拓展中华人民共和国的智能充电桩业务，并整合供应链数据金融系统，以支持中国电动汽车充电基础设施的建设和发展。
是次合作最大限度地发挥了订约双方的优势，实现互补发展和协同效应。智芯将提供智能管理与个性化充电桩解决方案的技术支持。公司将协助进行市场推广及业务拓展。公司与智芯将合作开发针对中国市场的充电桩解决方案。
