Vysarn's (ASX:VYS) strong fiscal year 2025 performance and reaffirmed guidance reflected its continued growth potential and strategic focus on organic expansion, supported by significant water infrastructure projects and asset management opportunities, Euroz Hartleys said in a note on Friday.

The investment firm said that the company reported strong fiscal year 2025 results, with revenue, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA), and profit before tax (PBT) all increasing year-on-year by 40%, 31%, and 36% respectively, slightly above expectations.

It added that the company plans to expand its industrial fleet by acquiring dual rotary rigs and rebuilding assets, with water quality exceeding prior estimates.

The management reaffirmed fiscal year 2026 guidance, targeting revenue growth of 23%, EBITDA increase of 24%, and PBT rise of 31%.

The firm sees a positive outlook driven by deeper mining, major water infrastructure projects, and potential earnings from Vysarn asset management.

Euroz Hartleys maintained Vysarn's buy recommendation with a target price of AU$0.62 per share.
