吴说获悉，“BNB 微策略”公司 Windtree Therapeutics 于 2025 年 8 月 19 日收到纳斯达克通知，因未满足最低收盘价维持标准（规则 5550(a)(2)），其普通股将于 8 月 21 日从纳斯达克资本市场退市并转至 OTC 市场交易。此前，公司曾宣布拟通过股权融资筹集最多 5.2 亿美元，其中 99% 将用于购买 BNB。
