智通财经APP获悉，全球领先智能豪华出行提供商路特斯科技有限公司(LOT.US)，于8月19日宣布已与总部位于纽约、专注于长期增长潜力前沿企业的投资机构 ATW Partners 签署证券购买协议。根据协议，路特斯将向ATW Partners 发行总本金金额最高达3亿美元的可转换票据，该票据可转换为公司普通股，并以美国存托凭证（ADS）的形式持有。
路特斯首席执行官冯擎峰先生评论道：“这笔新资金体现了合作伙伴对我们的信心，进一步支持公司不断推进业务发展及转型。我们有信心将进一步强化运营能力，不断为股东创造可持续价值。”
正如此前所宣布的，路特斯还于2025年7月28日与浙江吉利控股集团有限公司（“吉利”）签署了《主信贷框架协议》。根据协议，吉利同意（包括通过其附属公司）向路特斯及其附属公司提供最高人民币16亿元（约2亿美元）的非循环信贷额度。
