智通财经APP讯，中梁控股(02772)发布公告，与截至2024年6月30日止六个月的母公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币17亿元相比，目前预计截至2025年6月30日止六个月集团可能取得母公司拥有人应占亏损约介于人民币5亿元至人民币10亿元。
此外，对比截至2024年6月30日止六个月剔除境外债务重组及修订境外债务所产生的非现金收益之后的母公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币21亿元相比，报告期间剔除境外债务重组及修订境外债务产生的非现金收益之后的母公司拥有人应占亏损约预计介于人民币21亿元至人民币28亿。
上述母公司拥有人应占亏损的变动主要是受国内宏观市场环境及房地产行业持续困难的影响，物业交付减少导致来自销售物业的收入减少、毛利下降及物业项目及其他资产进一步减值，及其中部分与2025年6月完成的修订境外债务所产生的一次性非现金收益抵销导致。
