智通财经APP讯，中加国信(00899)发布公告，董事会建议将公司的英文名称由“Zhong Jia Guo Xin Holdings Company Limited”更改为“ Asia Resources Holdings Limited”，以及将中文名称由“中加国信控股股份有限公司”更改为“亚洲资源控股有限公司”作为公司第二名称。
此外，公司董事会近日发现存在以公司名义进行的涉嫌欺诈活动，其中涉及在中国未经授权使用公司名称及冒充公司高级管理层进行诈骗，试图欺骗公众参与非法投资项目。
公司谨此澄清，该涉嫌欺诈活动以及由此引起或可能引起的任何商业争议，均与公司无关。公司对此不承担任何责任，并保留进一步对其采取法律行动的权利。
董事会对未经授权方滥用公司名称、冒充公司欺骗公众并试图从中牟利的行为表示高度关注。公司保留采取法律行动以处理任何该等未经授权及误导性活动的权利。如有必要，公司将作出进一步公告，以使市场知悉最新情况。
