智通财经APP讯，国鸿氢能(09663)公布，公司已收到中国证监会就公司建议实施H股全流通出具的日期为2025年8月19日的备案通知书。根据备案通知书，公司已就将不超过41,303,978股内资股(占公司已发行股本总额约7.97%)转换为可于联交所上市及买卖的H股完成向中国证监会的备案。备案通知书将自2025年8月19 日起12个月内有效。公司将向联交所上市委员会申请批准相关H股上市及买卖。
