智通财经APP讯，万国黄金集团(03939)发布公告，于2025年8月24日，公司董事会获公司的创始人、执行董事、董事长、首席执行官兼主要股东及董事会主席高明清先生通知，高先生于2025年8月22日已于公开市场通过由其全资拥有的捷升投资有限公司购买公司合共20万股公司股份，平均价为每股29.8262港元。
紧接收购事项后，捷升持有公司2.82亿股股份(高先生被视为拥有该等股份之权益)，相当于本公告日期公司已发行股本总额约25.98%。
董事会认为收购事项显示高先生对公司前景及增长潜力充满信心，以及其对公司之长期承诺。
