工商信息显示，上饶市天同文化传播有限公司成立于2018年12月，法定代表人为王俊飞，注册资本500万人民币，经营范围含互联网游戏服务、演出经纪、网络文化经营、建设工程设计、建设工程施工、信息技术咨询服务、信息咨询服务等。股东信息显示，该公司由上海竞心承峰传媒有限公司全资持股。
值得一提的是，近期，上海竞友商务咨询有限公司新增一则股权冻结信息，被执行人为RNG老板姚金成，冻结股权数额50万人民币。
