　　思捷环球（00330）公布，上市委员会已批准新股份上市及买卖。由于股本重组的所有条件均已获达成，股本重组将于2025年8月25日（星期一）生效。新股份将于2025年8月25日（星期一）上午九时正开始买卖。

　　由于股本重组生效，更改每手买卖单位将于2025年9月8日（星期一）生效。股份于联交所的每手买卖单位由2，500股现有股份更改为1万股新股份。
