8月20日，中集安瑞科旗下中集绿能低碳科技（广东）有限公司（以下简称：中集绿能）与中国航油集团南方储运有限责任公司（以下简称：中航油南方储运）签署合作框架协议。双方将在湛江共同建设华南地区首个覆盖生产、仓储、报关、交割、运输、提货等绿色甲醇全链条供应网络，打造绿色能源示范基地。

中集绿能低碳科技有限公司总经理李东表示，中集安瑞科在广东湛江布局的绿色甲醇工厂，即将在今年第四季度投产，首期产能5万吨/年，未来总产能将达25万吨/年，是国内最早一批的生物质绿色甲醇项目之一。

通过与中航油南方储运公司的仓储码头网络深度对接，并依托湛江天然深水良港和中航油甲醇库区现代化设施，可满足10万吨级甲醇运输船靠泊和高效提货，将大幅度提升绿色甲醇的区域供应效率。该港辐射粤港澳大湾区、新加坡港及其他国际港口。

中国航油集团南方储运公司总经理郑昌满表示，此次合作实现了“供给端”与“枢纽端”的衔接，是优势资源的战略互补，标志着公司业务从传统能源储运向绿色低碳领域战略拓展。

双方表示，将以此次签约为起点，持续深化合作，积极探索绿色能源领域商业模式创新与行业标准共建，推动绿色燃料储运产业迈向规模化、标准化发展，为我国能源绿色转型贡献力量。
