智通财经APP讯，中泽丰(01282)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年6月30日止6个月取得亏损不多于约为5000万港元，而于2024年同期本集团的期内未经审核综合亏损约为1.43亿港元。本期间预期亏损减少主要归因于：收益由截至2024年6月30日止6个月约3.79亿港元增加至本期间约4.57亿港元;本期间的其他收益约为16万港元，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月的其他亏损约为6010.7万港元;及本期间的物业存货撇减大幅减少至约720.8万港元，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月则为6795.2万港元。
