Altamin (ASX:AZI) said Peter Edwards has been appointed as non-executive chairman and Geraint Harris as chief executive officer, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Harris has previously led the company in developing the Lazio project and advancing the Gorno project.
Edwards was the CEO of Victor Smorgon Group, which is the company's majority shareholder, from 1995 to 2023.
