当地时间8月22日，欧盟发布消息称向乌克兰支付了40.5亿欧元，包括通过乌克兰融资机制提供的30.5亿欧元和通过欧盟委员会的特殊宏观金融援助（MFA）提供的10亿欧元。

　　乌克兰总理斯维里坚科在官方社交平台上发文确认上述消息。斯维里坚科表示，这些援助既增强了乌克兰国家预算，也推进了乌重建进程。

　　欧盟委员会主席冯德莱恩称，欧盟发出了一个明确的信息，即对乌克兰的声援是坚定不移的。这笔新资金强调了欧盟对乌克兰复苏的承诺，“当乌克兰强大时，欧洲也会更强大”。（总台记者 宋亮 王晋燕）
