Central Puerto (CEPU) said Thursday it agreed to buy Fieldfare Argentina, which owns and operates a solar farm called Proyecto Solar Cafayate, located in Province of Salta, Argentina.
The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
The deal is expected to close on Sept. 2, Central Puerto said.
