于报告期内，集团完成“朗贤峰”项目，并于2025年5月取得合约完成证明书。随后，预售单位自2025年6月起陆续交付买家。位于启德及马头涌地区的两个合营项目正在进行中。此外，公司购入位于一及二手市场优越地段逾30个的住宅单位，以及中环核心商厦的全层写字楼，计划作长期投资持有。在酒店方面，公司的中端品牌毅风Ying’nFlo于2025年7月在杭州开设首间分店。
