智通财经APP讯，荣智控股(06080)发布公告，于2025年8月28日(交易时段后)，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，本公司已有条件同意按竭尽所能基准透过配售代理按每股配售股份0.085港元的配售价向不少于六名独立承配人配售最多1.866亿股配售股份。配售股份占扩大后已发行股本约16.66%，配售价每股0.085港元较2025年8月28日收市价每股0.1012港元折让约15.84%。
假设配售代理成功配售所有配售股份，配售的最高所得款项总额将为约1590万港元。配售的最高所得款项净额将为约1520万港元，将用作营运资金及未来商机。
