8月26日金融一线消息，据三湘都市报8月25日报道，近日，一名自称民生银行某支行前副行长的男子肖某开通社交账号，通过讲述入狱前经历受到网友关注。

　　对此，抖音黑板报官方微博回应，经核查，报道所示账号发布内容涉及以犯罪经历博眼球，违反《抖音社区自律公约》，已处置禁言。

　　裁判文书网显示，肖某生于1983年，大学毕业后到民生银行北京分行航天桥支行工作，历任客户经理、理财部门经理、见习行长助理等职务，2014年底起担任负责个人理财等业务的副行长。

　　公诉书显示，肖某当年入狱是因涉案时任民生银行北京分行航天桥支行行长张某，以高息为诱饵，诱骗被害人签订虚假的理财产品购买或转让协议，并将钱款转入其控制的个人银行账户，骗取147名被害人共计人民币27.46亿余元。二审法院认定肖某犯吸收客户资金不入账罪，判处有期徒刑九年，并处罚金人民币九万元。
