智通财经APP获悉，近日，江苏国富氢能技术装备股份有限公司(简称“国富氢能”,02582)、内蒙古蒙发国富氢能科技有限公司(简称“蒙发国富”)与乌兰察布市四子王旗人民政府正式签署协议，三方将依托各自优势打造风光制绿氢与液化一体化项目，加速区域氢能产业规模化发展。

根据协议，三方合作的核心项目计划投入约50亿元，分三期推进建设。项目建成后制氢规模达120吨/天，年产能约4万吨，将成为区域内领先的绿氢生产基地。在核心设施配置上，项目将根据产能需求进行配置：制氢系统部署60台1000Nm³/h电解槽;匹配项目需求的储氢设施，确保氢气储存安全与供应稳定;同时建设处理能力120吨/天的氢气液化系统，同步配齐水电解制氢、氢气纯化、自动化控制系统及液氢储存装车等全流程设备，形成完整生产闭环，并完善辅助设施与公用工程。

为推动项目落地，四子王旗政府将结合区域能源规划，协调电网企业保障项目1GW绿电供应;国富氢能与蒙发国富将布局20座以上“油、气、氢、电”综合能源站，解决绿氢、液氢市场消纳问题;同时拟在四子王旗设立液氢运输总部，布局液氢运输罐箱及物流车辆，打造全国性液氢运输与集散中心。

此次合作中，四子王旗政府将在政策范围内提供协调支持，蒙发国富依托国富氢能的技术积累与蒙发的本地资源推动项目落地，三方将紧密配合，为区域能源转型与国家“双碳”目标注入强劲动能。
