AB Builders Group Ltd. has reported significant financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2025. The Group achieved a revenue of approximately MOP 170.8 million, marking an increase of about MOP 111.9 million or 190% compared to the same period in 2024. This uplift was primarily driven by contract revenue from the provision of fitting-out works, which rose to MOP 167.1 million from MOP 58.9 million in the previous year. Revenue from sales of construction materials contributed MOP 3.7 million. The Group's segment results also improved, with construction services yielding MOP 9.9 million, and a total segment result of MOP 10.2 million including other operations. Despite these gains, the Group faced administrative expenses of MOP 13.5 million and finance costs of MOP 0.4 million, resulting in a modest profit before taxation of MOP 0.8 million. Amid challenging global economic conditions, Macau's economy displayed resilience, particularly within the gaming and tourism sectors. The Gross Gaming Revenue and visitor arrivals in Macau showed positive year-on-year growth, further supporting the Group's performance during this period.
