智通财经APP讯，迪米生活控股(01667)发布公告，于2025年8月28日，卖方泊舍发展有限公司(公司间接全资附属公司)与买方订立上卓协议，据此，卖方同意出售而买方同意收购待售股份(上卓投资有限公司全部已发行股本)，代价为9.1亿日圆。
公告称，公司认为在日圆贬值期间及日本旅游市场复苏的情况下，投资者对日本房地产资产的需求强劲，出售事项为公司提供一个具吸引力的机会，以变现高于该酒店账面值及评估值的溢价。交易事项使公司能够把握有利市场条件，锁定投资回报。
与此同时，集团在日本的业务并非战略重点所在，且集团并未分配足够资源管理其日本业务。董事会认为，继续持有该酒店或不能为股东带来最佳回报。出售该酒店可使集团精简业务、减轻管理负担，并将资源重新调配至集团具备更强竞争优势及本地专长的市场及业务板块。
