ChainCatcher 消息，美股 SOL 财库公司 DeFi Development Corp（DFDV）今日宣布已签订最终协议，将以每股 12.5 美元的价格进行 1.25 亿美元股权融资。
该交易预计于 2025 年 8 月 28 日（星期四）完成，具体取决于常规交割条件。
根据认购协议条款，公司将出售总计约 420 万股普通股（每股购买价 12.5 美元），以及可认购总计约 570 万股普通股的预注资权证（每股购买价 12.4999 美元，行权价每股 0.0001 美元）。
本次发行对价将采用现金与锁仓 SOL 结合的形式，进一步强化 DFDV 最大化每股 Solana 持有量（SPS）增长的战略。
募集净资金将用于增持现货 SOL 和折价锁仓 SOL，从而扩大国库资产规模。
