智通财经APP讯，益美国际控股(01870)发布公告，于2025年8月28日(联交所交易时段后)，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理已有条件同意作为本公司代理，按尽力基准促使不少于六名承配人(彼等及其最终实益拥有人须为独立第三方)按配售价每股配售股份0.238港元认购最多5000万股配售股份。配售股份占扩大后已发行股本约5.06%，配售价为每股0.238港元较2025年8月28日收市价每股0.28港元折让15%。
经计及本集团的财务状况及其进一步扩大绿色能源业务的计划，董事认为配售事项为筹集额外资源以把握绿色电力能源领域商机的机会，可巩固本集团的财务状况及扩大本公司的股东基础，继而可能提升股份流动性，并为本公司提供营运资金以在无任何利息负担下履行本集团任何财务责任，且相对其他集资方式时间较短及成本较低。
