OpenAI在上周四的一份法庭文件中表示，马斯克（Elon Musk）今年2月曾牵头投资者财团，计划以974亿美元主动收购OpenAI的非营利组织控制权，并就相关“潜在融资安排或投资”与Meta CEO马克·扎克伯格（Mark Zuckerberg）进行过沟通。
文件显示，目前尚不清楚马斯克与扎克伯格沟通的形式，且扎克伯格及Meta均未签署意向书，也未参与收购。Meta在回应中表示，没有证据表明公司代表曾与马斯克就收购事宜进行协调。
OpenAI在法庭文件中确认上述沟通，但未就相关置评请求作出回应。马斯克方面同样没有回应。Meta也拒绝进一步置评。
华尔街日报分析指出，若马斯克与扎克伯格合作达成，这将是两位在AI领域长期竞争的科技巨头罕见的联手。目前，他们在下一代AI模型研发上均投入巨资，公开交锋多次。（国际财闻汇）
