汽车制造商斯特兰蒂斯集团（Stellantis）周四与工会签署协议，将意大利北部具有历史意义的米拉菲奥里（Mirafiori）工厂的工时缩减计划延长五个月。

　　该协议使公司在意大利产汽车需求疲软之际能够削减劳动力成本，与本月为意大利其他工厂签署的协议内容一致。

　　处于工时缩减状态的工人将面临临时性降薪。Stellantis 在一份声明中表示，针对米拉菲奥里工厂的最新协议有效期为 9 月 1 日至次年 1 月 31 日。

　　米拉菲奥里工厂位于都灵 —— 这里是 Stellantis 旗下意大利品牌菲亚特（Fiat）的诞生地。该工厂曾是欧洲最大的汽车工厂之一，如今已长期处于衰退状态。

　　Stellantis 正寄望于菲亚特 500 城市车的混合动力版本来重振该工厂，预计该车型的生产将于 11 月启动。

　　意大利金属工人联合会（Fiom-CGIL）的詹尼・曼诺里（Gianni Mannori）呼吁公司 “尽快为米拉菲奥里工厂分配另一款车型”，以维持工厂的生产运营。

　　Stellantis 于 2021 年由菲亚特 - 克莱斯勒（Fiat-Chrysler）与标致母公司 PSA 集团合并成立。去年，该集团在意大利的汽车产量降至近 70 年来的最低水平。
