公告称，截至2025年6月30日止六个月，集团取得利润为6.5亿元，2024年同期，集团亏损净额为3.85亿元。该变化的主要原因有：(i)与集团持有的其他上市公司股份有关的FVTPL金融资产的公平值由亏损转变为收益; (ii)本报告期间发行运营的部分游戏产品组合进入成熟期，品牌效应降低新获客成本;(iii) AI技术在游戏发行推广素材自动生成以及投放模型算法优化带来的营销费用率降低;及(iv)具有较高经营利润率的境外游戏发行业务产生的收益增加。

境外游戏业务营业收入为3.135亿元，较2024年同期2.87亿元同比增长9.2%;占报告期间总营业收入比率由2024年同期的8.9%上升6.7 个百分点至15.6%。

在报告期间，集团围绕IP产品的全球化发行运营的业务主体，在经典游戏IP领域持续迭代焕新，并积极引入新增精品IP游戏产品，带来了业务的双轮并进。借助AI技术研发投入带来的游戏发行素材生成效率及投放模型算法优化的强大赋能，集团的精准营销及长周期运营的核心优势进一步深化，带来了集团利润率的提升。
